AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twenty-eight Thousand Six
Hundred Seven and 98/100 Dollars ($28,607.98) from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek
for the District's share of the costs of the Annmar Drive - East
of Fee Fee stormwater project, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, said project is part of St. Louis County,
Missouri's $5 Million Stormwater Bond Issue Program, and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 6994, adopted March 11, 1987,
authorized the District's participation in said Program, and
WHEREAS, St. Louis County, Missouri's share of the
project cost is Twenty-eight Thousand Six Hundred Seven and 98/100
Dollars ($28,607.98), and
WHEREAS, the total cost for the Annmar Drive - East of
Fee Fee stormwater project is Fifty-seven Thousand Two Hundred
Fifteen and 96/100 Dollars ($57,215.96), and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty-eight Thousand Six
Hundred Seven and 98/100 Dollars ($28,607.98) is hereby
appropriated from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek for the District's share of
the costs of the Annmar Drive - East of Fee Fee stormwater project
in St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 14, 1989.
