HomeMy Public PortalAbout07797 O R D I N A N C E NO. 7797 AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twenty Thousand Seven Hundred Twenty-seven and 62/100 Dollars ($20,727.62) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Seminary Branch for the District's share of the costs of the Colebrook Drive stormwater project, in St. Louis County, Missouri. WHEREAS, said project is part of St. Louis County, Missouri's $5 Million Stormwater Bond Issue Program, and WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 6994, adopted March 11, 1987, authorized the District's participation in said Program, and WHEREAS, St. Louis County, Missouri's share of the project cost is Twenty Thousand Seven Hundred Twenty-seven and 61/100 Dollars ($20,727.61), and WHEREAS, the total cost for the Colebrook Drive stormwater project is Forty-One Thousand Four Hundred Fifty-five and 23/100 Dollars ($41,455.23), and WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The sum of Twenty Thousand Seven Hundred Twenty-seven and 62/100 Dollars ($20,727.62) is hereby appropriated from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Seminary Branch for the District's share of the costs of the Colebrook Drive stormwater project in St. Louis County, Missouri. Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 14, 1989. -2-
