AN ORDINANCE, authorizing and directing the Executive
Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District to lease certain residential real property of
The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, lying in the County of
St. Louis, Missouri, to Wright E. Harris III and Jacqueline Lewis-
Harris and to execute and deliver a Lease Agreement upon the
conditions hereinafter set out.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
is hereby authorized to lease to Wright E. Harris III and
Jacqueline Lewis-Harris upon the terms and conditions hereinafter
set forth, the following described real property:
The one story brick and frame residence located at
13820 Old Halls Ferry Road, St. Louis County,
MO
Section Two. The lease shall be for a term of three
(3) years, at the rental of Four Hundred Fifty Dollars ($450.00)
per month with the tenants responsible for all utilities and
interior maintenance.
Section Three. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to execute and
deliver on behalf of the District a Lease Agreement giving effect
to Sections One and Two hereof, and embodying such other terms and
conditions as approved by the Office of the General Counsel of the
District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 14, 1989.
