AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Thirteen Thousand Seven
Hundred Dollars ($13,700.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Vinita Park to be used for
project costs for the rebuilding of inlets, manholes, inlet
manholes and replacing sewer pipe in Maintenance Repair Number 119
(88126), in the City of Vinita Park, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the bid for the rebuilding of said inlets,
manholes, inlet manholes and replacing sewer pipe is Eleven
Thousand Three Hundred Sixty Dollars ($11,360.00) and the cost of
engineering, inspection, construction staking, advertisement costs
and allowance for construction change orders is Two Thousand Three
Hundred Forty Dollars ($2,340.00),
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Thirteen Thousand Seven
Hundred Dollars ($13,700.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Vinita
Park to be used for project costs for the rebuilding of inlets,
manholes, inlet manholes and replacing sewer pipe in Maintenance
Repair Number 119 (88126) in the City of Vinita Park, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 14, 1989.
