AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Truss Brothers
Construction, Inc. for the rebuilding of inlets, manholes, inlet
manholes and replacing sewer pipe in Maintenance Repair Number 119
(88126), in the City of Vinita Park, Missouri, in compliance with
Section 9.040 of the Plan of the District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Truss Brothers Construction Inc. as the
lowest responsible bidder, for the rebuilding of inlets, manholes,
inlet manholes and replacing sewer pipe in Maintenance Repair
Number 119 (88126), in the City of Vinita Park, Missouri, within
The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids
received and opened on the 10th day of April 1989 and formally
executed on the 9th day of May, 1989 by said contractor and by the
Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the
District, is hereby confirmed, in compliance with Section 9.040 of
the Plan of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 14, 1989.
