AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Wachter
Construction, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in
Maintenance Repair Number 134 (Elm #244) 87045, in the City of
Glendale, Missouri, in compliance with Section 9.040 of the Plan
of the District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Wachter Construction, Inc. as the lowest
responsible bidder for the construction of storm sewers in
Maintenance Repair Number 134 (Elm #244) 87045, in the City of
Glendale, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 7th day of
April, 1989 and formally executed on the 9th day of May, 1989 by
said contractor and by the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, is hereby confirmed, in
compliance with Section 9.040 of the Plan of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 14, 1989.
