AN ORDINANCE, awarding a contract to Commercial Union
Insurance Company (Alexander & Alexander, Inc., agent) for the
District's Primary Premise (Owner's, Landlords, & Tenants)
Liability Insurance coverage from July 1, 1989 to June 30, 1990.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Commercial Union Insurance Company,
who submitted a quote for the District's Primary Premise Liability
Insurance coverage, at a premium of Forty-three Thousand Three
Hundred Sixty-two Dollars ($43,362.00) for such policy period, is
hereby awarded the contract for such Primary Premise (Owner's,
Landlords, & Tenants) Liability Insurance coverage from July 1,
1989 to June 30, 1990.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 14, 1989.
