ORDINANCE NO. 2852-1973
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A "SPECIAL USE" IN M-2 GENERAL INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT
OF ORDINANCE NO. 2325-1968, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE
CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA, APPROVED JUNE 3, 1968.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
as follows:
SECTION 1. As provided in Article 35, Section 35.01, Sub -Section 35.011
and Article 34, Section 34.01, Sub -Section 34.013 and more particularly
described in Article 48, of Ordinance No. 2325-1968, commonly known as
the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Richmond, Indiana, the following
described real estate is allowed as a Special Use for Indoor Commercial
Recreational Facility located at 1151 N.W. "V" Street, in the City of
Richmond, Indiana; more particularly described; to -wit:
A part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 30 and a part of
the Southwest Quarter of Section 19, all in Township 14,
Range 1; Commencing at a point 728 feet Southwesterly from
the center point of the Intersection of Williamsburg Pike
and Northwest "V" Street in the City of Richmond, Indiana;
thence running Southwesterly along the center line of
said Northwest "V" Street 300 feet, then Southeasterly
600 feet, thence Northeasterly 300 feet; thence Northwesterly
600 feet to the place of beginning, containing 4 acres
more or less and known as Tract #4 on Plat of ground owned
by Industries Inc. situate in said Sections above referred to.
SECTION 2. As a condition of the aforesaid Special Use and as an addi-
tional restriction on said use, the following requirements shall here-
after and at all times be met by owner, leasee or any person, firm or
corporation using such real estate:
SECTION 3. The Zoning Administrator of the City of Richmond, Indiana, is
hereby authorized and directed, upon enactment and publication of this
ordinance, to record and approve the issuance of a permit for the establish-
ment of the use herein allowed.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall be in fullforce and effect from and after
its passage and approval by the Mayor, and publication as by law required.
