AN ORDINANCE, awarding a contract to National Union
(AIG) Insurance Company (Alexander & Alexander, Inc., agent) for
the District's Public Official Liability Insurance coverage from
July 1, 1989 to June 30, 1990.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The National Union (AIG) Insurance
Company, who submitted a quote for the District's Public Official
Liability Insurance coverage at a premium of One Hundred Eighteen
Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty Dollars ($118,860.00) for such policy
period, is hereby awarded the contract for such Public Official
Liability Insurance coverage form July 1, 1989 to June 30, 1990.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 14, 1989.
