AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into an agreement with St. Louis Retirement
Residence Limited Partnership ("Developer") whereby Developer will
construct sanitary sewers to serve the St. Louis Retirement
Residence as well as other developments within the Fee Fee Trunk
Sewer Subdistrict, and whereby Developer will be entitled to
recoup a portion of the costs of said sanitary sewers for a period
not to exceed twenty years.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District to enter into an agreement with St. Louis
Retirement Residence Limited Partnership ("Developer") whereby
Developer will construct sanitary sewers to the St. Louis
Retirement Residence as well as other developments within the Fee
Fee Trunk Sewer Subdistrict, and whereby Developer will be
entitled to recoup a portion of the costs of said sanitary sewers
for a period not to exceed twenty years.
Section Two. The agreement authorized in Section One
of this ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and conditions
as are approved by the Office of General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 14, 1989.
