O R D I N A N C E NO. 7821
AN ORDINANCE, repealing Ordinance No. 6650, adopted
July 9, 1986, as amended by Ordinance No. 7211, adopted June 23,
1987, and by Ordinance No. 7509, adopted July 13, 1988, and by
Ordinance No. 7675, adopted January 11, 1989, and enacting a new
ordinance in lieu thereof which prescribes the salaries of the
Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Ordinance No. 6650, adopted July 9, 1986,
as amended by Ordinance No. 7211, adopted June 23, 1987, and by
Ordinance No. 7509, adopted July 13, 1988, and by Ordinance No.
7675, adopted January 11, 1989, is hereby repealed.
Section Two. The salary of the Executive Director
shall be Ninety Thousand One Hundred Twenty-five Dollars
($90,125.00) per annum, payable in equal bi-weekly installments,
on and after July 3, 1989.
Section Three. The salary of the Secretary-Treasurer
shall be Fifty-two Thousand Twenty Dollars ($52,020.00), payable
in equal bi-weekly installments, on and after July 3, 1989.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 14, 1989.
