AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Seventy-five Thousand Three
Hundred Dollars ($75,300.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek to be used for project
costs for the construction of storm sewers in Maintenance Repair
Number 143 (Lohmeyer #7443) 88056, in the City of Maplewood,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the bid for the construction of said storm
sewers is Sixty-four Thousand Six Hundred Twenty-one Dollars
($64,621.00) and the cost of engineering, inspection, construction
staking, advertisement costs and allowance for construction change
orders is Ten Thousand Six Hundred Seventy-nine Dollars
($10,679.00),
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Seventy-five Thousand Three
Hundred Dollars ($75,300.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer
Creek to be used for project costs for the construction of storm
sewers in Maintenance Repair Number 143 (Lohmeyer #7443) 88056 in
the City of Maplewood, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 14, 1989.
