AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Hundred Thousand
Dollars ($100,000.00) from the Gravois Creek Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund for engineering
services for the final design of GC-4 Sanitary Relief Phase III,
Contract E-672.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Thousand Dollars
($100,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Gravois Creek
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund for
engineering services for the final design of GC-4 Sanitary Relief
Phase III, Contract E-672.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 12, 1989.
