AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with R.V. Wagner,
Inc. for the rebuilding of inlets, manholes and replacing sewer
pipe in Maintenance Repair Number 37 (85057), in the Cities of
Maplewood, Richmond Heights, Clayton, Olivette, Brentwood, Ladue,
Creve Coeur and University City, Missouri, in compliance with
Section 9.040 of the Plan of the District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to R. V. Wagner, Inc. as the lowest responsible
bidder, for the rebuilding of inlets, manholes and replacing sewer
pipe in Maintenance Repair Number 37 (85057), in the Cities of
Maplewood, Richmond Heights, Clayton, Olivette, Brentwood, Ladue,
Creve Coeur and University City, Missouri, within The Metropolitan
St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received and opened on
the 11th day of May, 1989 and formally executed on the 13th day of
June, 1989 by said contractor and by the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in hereby
confirmed, in compliance with Section 9.040 of the Plan of the
District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 12, 1989.
