AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a stormwater
control and detention easement in Lot 109 of The Village on
Conway, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate a portion of subject stormwater
control and detention easement and this District has no further
use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of a stormwater control and
detention easement described below is hereby vacated, to wit: Commencing at the Southwesterly corner of Lot 109 of said subdivision; thence along the southerly line of said Lot 109 North 73 degrees 56 minutes 36 seconds East 76.74 feet to a point; thence along a curve to the right having a radius of 487.00 feet, an arc distance of 5.00 feet (the chord bears North 15 degrees 45 minutes 46 seconds West 5.00 feet) to the true point of beginning; thence along a line parallel to said southerly line North 73 degrees 56 minutes 36 seconds East 23.05 feet to a point; thence North 6 degrees 42 minutes 31 seconds East 41.73 feet to a point; thence North 8 degrees 00 minutes 20 seconds West 33.81 feet to a point; thence North 65 degrees 51 minutes 18 seconds West 42.69 feet to a point; thence along a curve to the left having a radius of 487.00 feet, an arc distance of 100.33 feet (the chord bears South 9 degrees 34 minutes 01 seconds East 100.15 feet) to the point of beginning, as recorded in Plat Book 229, Pages 60 and 61 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 12, 1989.
