AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a stormwater
control and detention easement in Lot 110 of The Village on
Conway, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate a portion of subject stormwater
control and detention easement, and this District has no further
use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of a stormwater control and
detention easement described below is hereby vacated, to wit: Commencing at the Northwesterly corner of Lot 110 of said subdivision; thence along the Northerly line of said Lot 110 North 73 degrees 56 minutes 36 seconds East 76.74 feet to a point; thence along a curve to the left having a radius of 487.00 feet, an arc distance of 5.00 feet (the chord bears South 16 degrees 21 minutes 04 seconds East 5.00 feet) to the true point of beginning; thence along a line parallel to said Northerly line North 73 degrees 56 minutes 36 seconds East 18.85 feet to a point; thence South 6 degrees 42 minutes 31 seconds West 43.39 feet to a point; thence along a curve to the right having a radius of 487.00 feet, an arc distance of 40.08 feet (the chord bears North 19 degrees 00 minutes 14 seconds West 40.06 feet) to the point of beginning, as recorded in Plat Book 229, Pages 60 and 61 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 12, 1989.
