AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of an easement for
Detention Basin in Lot A of the Resubdivision of Lot No. 1 of
McKelvey Subdivision in the City of Bridgeton, St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate a portion of subject easement for
Detention Basin, and this District has no further use for said
portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of an easement for Detention
Basin described below is hereby vacated, to wit: Commencing at the Westernmost corner of said Lot A said point being on the Southeastern line of McKelvey Road as widened by deed recorded in Book 7513, Pages 2121 and 2122 of the St. Louis County Records; thence along the Southwestern line of said Lot A South 55 degrees 37 minutes 50 seconds East, 145.00 feet to the true point of beginning of the herein described tract of land; thence leaving said Southwestern line and running the following bearings and distances: North 7 degrees 20 minutes 51 seconds East, 50.52 feet; South 55 degrees 37 minutes 50 seconds East, 25.00 feet and South 36 degrees 58 minutes 29 seconds West, 45.05 feet to the point of beginning, as recorded in Plat Book 268, Page 19 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 12, 1989.
