AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
the Northeast 1/4 of Section 22, Township 45 North, Range 5 East,
in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate said portion of subject easement
and the District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. That portion of a sewer easement
described below is hereby vacated, to wit: Commencing at the Northeasterly corner of above said Stinson Tract said point also being the Northeasterly corner of above said Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District easement; thence in a Southerly direction along the Easterly line of said Stinson Tract and the Easterly most line of said Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District easement, 7.5 feet to the point of beginning of the herein described tract; thence continuing in a Southerly direction along the Easterly line of said Stinson Tract and the Easterly most line of said Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District easement, 2.5 feet to the southeasterly corner of said Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District easement; thence departing the Easterly line of said Stinson Tract and in a Westerly direction along a line being parallel to and 10.0 feet South of the Northerly line of said Stinson Tract, said line being the Southerly line of said Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District easement, to a point 10.0 feet East of the Westerly line of said Stinson Tract; thence in a Northerly direction along a line parallel to and 10.0 feet East of the Westerly line of said Stinson Tract 2.5 feet to a point 7.5 feet South of the Northerly line of said Stinson Tract; thence in Easterly direction along a line 7.5 feet South of and parallel to the Northerly line of said Stinson Tract to the point of beginning, as recorded in Deed Book 7938, Pages 2135 and 2136 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 12, 1989.
