AN ORDINANCE, vacating sewer easements in Lots 10, 11
and 12 of Clayshire, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate said sewer easements, and this
District has no further use for said easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easements described below are
hereby vacated, to wit: Beginning at a point on the North line of said Lot 10 of "Clayshire", said point being distant North 82 degrees 20 minutes 00 seconds West 10.02 feet from the Northeast corner of said Lot 10 of "Clayshire"; thence South 4 degrees 13 minutes 00 seconds West 10.02 feet to a point; thence North 82 degrees 20 minutes 00 seconds West 194.67 feet to a point; thence along a curve to the left whose radius point bears North 88 degrees 55 minutes 21 seconds West 914.00 feet from the last mentioned point, a distance of 10.07 feet to the North line of said Lot 12 of "Clayshire"; thence South 82 degrees 20 minutes 00 seconds East 195.28 feet along the North line of said Lots 12, 11, and 10 of "Clayshire" to the point of beginning, as recorded in Plat Book 40, Page 38 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 12, 1989.
