HomeMy Public PortalAbout07851REPEALED BY ORDINANCE NO. 8119 O R D I N A N C E NO. 7851 AN ORDINANCE, amending Ordinance No. 7487, as adopted June 22, 1988, by repealing Section Two and enacting a new Section Two in lieu thereof, adding the position of General Counsel to the Unclassified Schedule of the District. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. Section Two of Ordinance No. 7487, as adopted June 22, 1988, is hereby repealed. Section Two. Section Two of Ordinance No. 7487 as herein amended shall read as follows: "Section Two. The pay schedules which follow are hereby adopted and prescribed for all positions in the Classified and Unclassified service of the District, except the positions of Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer, and the grade schedule which follows is hereby adopted and prescribed for all positions in the Unclassified service of the District: RATES EFFECTIVE JULY 4, 1988 CLERICAL, ADMINISTRATIVE AND TECHNICAL SCHEDULE (SCHEDULE A) APPLICABLE TO ALL CLERICAL, ADMINISTRATIVE AND TECHNICAL CLASSES IN GRADE 1 THROUGH GRADE 12.
