AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Two Hundred Fourteen
Thousand Dollars ($214,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek to be used for
project costs for the construction of sanitary sewers in Retford
Drive Sanitary Relief (87010), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the bid for the construction of said sanitary
sewers is One Hundred Ninety-seven Thousand One Hundred Sixty-one
Dollars ($197,161.00), and the cost of inspection, construction
staking, advertisement costs and allowance for construction change
orders is Sixteen Thousand Eight Hundred Thirty-nine Dollars
($16,839.00),
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Hundred Fourteen Thousand
Dollars ($214,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek
to be used for project costs for the construction of sanitary
sewers in Retford Drive Sanitary Relief (87010), in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 12, 1989.
