AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Two Million Four Hundred
Eighty-four Thousand Dollars ($2,484,000.00) from the Clean Water
Capital Improvement Trust Fund, for the Owner Controlled Insurance
Program for Fiscal Year 1990 during the construction of the
Bissell Point Secondary Treatment Improvements at the Bissell
Point Wastewater Treatment Plant, in the City of St. Louis,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the cost of the Owner Controlled Insurance
Program for Fiscal Year 1990 is Three Hundred Six Thousand Dollars
($306,000.00) for Design, Implementation, Administration and Loss
Control Services; is One Million Eight Hundred Sixty Thousand
Dollars ($1,860,000.00) for Workers' Compensation and Commercial
General Liability Insurance; is Two Hundred Seventy Thousand
Dollars ($270,000.00) for Excess Liability Insurance; and is
Forty-eight Thousand Dollars ($48,000.00) for Builders' Risk
Insurance, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 7.120 of the Plan of the
District, the appropriation effected herein will not result in a
deficit at the end of the current budget year,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Million Four Hundred
eighty-four Thousand Dollars ($2,484,000.00) is hereby
appropriated from the Clean Water Capital Improvement Trust Fund
to pay the costs for the Owner Controlled Insurance Program for
Fiscal Year 1990 during the construction of the Bissell Point
Secondary Treatment Improvements at the Bissell Point Wastewater
Treatment Plant, in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 12, 1989.
