AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 89093 (Old Halls
Ferry & Nordell Court) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of
the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 89093 (Old Halls Ferry & Nordell Court).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 89093
(Old Halls Ferry & Nordell Court) shall be as follows:

OLD HALLS FERRY & NORDELL COURT
SUBDISTRICT NO. 89093 Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 15 of NORDELL COURT SUBDIVISION, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 73, Page 39 of the St. Louis County Recorder's Office, said corner also being in the west line of said subdivision; thence northwardly and eastwardly along the western and northern lines, respectively, of said Nordell Court Subdivision, to the southwest corner of property conveyed to Richard F. Berck and Jan Berck, his wife, by deed recorded in Book 7868, Page 152 of the St. Louis County Recorder's Office; thence northwardly and eastwardly along the western and northern lines, respectively, of said Berck property to the western right of way line of Old Halls Ferry Road; thence generally southeastwardly and southwardly along said western line of Old Halls Ferry Road to its intersection with the northern right of way line of Parker Road; thence generally westwardly along said northern line of Parker Road to the southwest corner of LENGYEL ESTATES, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 142, Page 1 of the St. Louis County Recorder's Office; thence northwardly and eastwardly along the western and northern lines, respectively, of said Lengyel Estates to the western line of property conveyed to Richard J. O'Brien and Esther O'Brien, his wife, by deed recorded in Book 7421, Page 1248 of the St. Louis County Recorder's Office; thence northwardly along the western line of said O'Brien property to the point of beginning. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 9, 1989. -2-
