AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
Adjusted Lot 3 of the Boundary Adjustment of Lots 2 and 3 of
Manchester/270 Office Center Township 45 North, Range 5 East, in
St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate said portion of subject easement
and the District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. That portion of a sewer easement
described below is hereby vacated, to wit: Beginning at the Southeast corner of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 27, said point being on the Western line of a tract of land conveyed to Community Associates Limited Partnership, by deed recorded in Deed Book 7704, Page 95 of the St. Louis County Records; thence North 01 degree 17 minutes 06 seconds East along said Western line of Community Associates tract a distance of 570.54 feet to the Southeast corner of said adjusted Lot 3 also being the Northeast corner of J.J. Kelley Memorial Drive, 60 feet wide, and being the Southwest corner of Ballas Meadows Addition a subdivision recorded in Plat Book 75, Page 44 of the St. Louis County Records; thence along the Western line of said Ballas Meadow Addition North 01 degree 17 minutes 06 seconds East a distance of 466.99 feet to a point; thence North 88 degrees 42 minutes 54 seconds West a distance of 10.00 feet to the West side of an existing 10 feet wide easement, said point also being the true point of beginning of the easement to be vacated; thence North 88 degrees 42 minutes 54 seconds West a distance of 182.00 feet; thence South 01 degree 17 minutes 06 seconds West a distance of 10.00 feet to a point; thence South 88 degrees 42 seconds 54 seconds East a distance of 182.00 feet to a point on the West line of an existing 10 feet wide easement, said point also being 10.00 feet West of the West line of Ballas Meadows Addition; thence North 01 degree 17 minutes 06 seconds East a distance of 10.00 feet to the true point of beginning, as recorded in Plat Book 288, Page 13 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 9, 1989.
