AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
Lot 5 of Lilac Industrial Park of Parkway Est., in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such portion of the subject
easement, and this District has no further use for such portion of
the subject easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of the
easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
Two parcels of land in Lot 5 of Lilac Industrial Park
as recorded in Plat Book 147, Page 45 of the St. Louis County
Records. Parcel 1 being a Temporary Turnaround Easement as
recorded in Plat Book 147, Page 45 of the St. Louis County
Records. Parcel 2 being a Temporary Turnaround Easement as
recorded in Deed Book 6899, Page 2430 of the St. Louis County
Records. Parcel 1 Described as that portion of a temporary turnaround easement dedicated to public use for roadway purposes on Plat Book 147, Page 45 of the St. Louis County Records lying in Lot 5 of Lilac Industrial Park, a subdivision filed for record in Plat Book 147, Page 45 of the St. Louis County Records in St. Louis County, Missouri, and being all of that part lying South of and adjacent to the South line of the 60' wide right of way of Kenran Industrial Boulevard. Parcel 2 Described as a temporary turnaround easement dedicated to
public use for roadway purposes on an easement plat recorded in Deed Book 6899, Page 2430 of the St. Louis County Records in St. Louis County, Missouri and lying in Lot 5 of Lilac Industrial Park, a subdivision filed for record in Plat Book 147, Page 45 of the St. Louis County Records in St. Louis County, Missouri, and lying South of and adjacent to the South line of the 60' wide right of way of Kenran Industrial Boulevard as shown on said easement plat. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 9, 1989. -2-
