AN ORDINANCE, vacating sewer easements in Sections 21 &
28, Township 45 North, Range 4 East, in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate said sewer easements, and this
District has no further use for said easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easements described below are
hereby vacated, to wit: Beginning at a point on the West line of property conveyed to Stonebriar Development Company by deed recorded in Book 8482, Page 874 in the St. Louis County Records, said point being distant North 03 degrees 19 minutes 30 seconds West 505.00 feet from the North right-of-way line of Kehrs Mill Road, being 20 feet North of the original centerline; thence North 03 degrees 19 minutes 30 seconds West 240.49 feet along the West line of said Stonebriar Development Company property to the Northwest corner thereof; thence South 77 degrees 36 minutes 53 seconds East 70.00 feet along the North line of said Stonebriar Development Company property to the Northeast corner thereof; thence South 8 degrees 10 minutes 50 seconds West 10.03 feet along the East line of said Stonebriar Development Company property to a point; thence North 77 degrees 36 minutes 53 seconds West 57.53 feet to a point; thence South 3 degrees 19 minutes 30 seconds East 227.29 feet to a point; thence South 86 degrees 40 minutes 30 seconds West 10.00 feet to the point of beginning, as recorded in Plat Book 284, Page 96 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 9, 1989.
