HomeMy Public PortalAbout07864 O R D I N A N C E NO. 7864 AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of a sewer easement in U.S. Survey 415 and Part of Lot 8 of the Division of John Long's Estate in Township 45 North, Range 4 East, in St. Louis County, Missouri, WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property is granting to the District a suitable alternate easement, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The following described portions of a sewer easement are hereby vacated, to wit: Commencing at a point marking the Northwestern corner of Lot 2C of Lot 2 of the Herman Stemme Office Park, per the plat recorded in Book 203, Page 96 of the St. Louis County, Missouri Records; thence North 32 degrees 49 minutes 38 seconds West, leaving said Lot 2C and along the line between property now or formerly of Andrew A. Henske, per the deed recorded in Book 7358, Page 659 and property now or formerly of Texaco Ref. & Marketing Inc., per the deed recorded in Book 8032, Page 2060, a distance of 197.03 feet to the Northwest corner of the aforementioned Texaco property and also being the Southeast corner of property now or formerly of Texaco Refining and Marketing, Inc., per the deed recorded in Book 7871, Page 686 of the said St. Louis County, Missouri records; thence North 52 degrees 22 minutes 34 seconds East, along the line between the aforementioned Texaco properties, a distance of 19.16 feet to the "true point of beginning"; thence North 52 degrees 22 minutes 34 seconds East, continuing along the line between the aforementioned Texaco properties, a distance of 230.05 feet to the Southern line of Schoettler Road; thence South 32 degrees 49 minutes 38 seconds East, along the aforementioned South line of Schoettler Road, a distance of 90.00 feet to a point on the Northern line of said Texaco property; thence leaving the South line of Schoettler Road through the aforementioned Texaco property, the following courses and distances: South 57 degrees 10 minutes 22 seconds West, a distance of 10.00 feet to a point; thence North 32 degrees 49 minutes 38 seconds West, a distance of 80.48 feet to a point; thence South 48 degrees 49 minutes 34 seconds West, a distance of 225.10 feet to a point; thence North 24 degrees 13 minutes 40 seconds West, a distance of 23.22 feet back to the "point of beginning", as recorded in Deed Book 6261, Page 156 of the St. Louis County Records.
