AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Ninety Thousand Dollars
($90,000.00) from the Coldwater Creek Sewer Revenue Fund for
right-of-way acquisition services for the Coldwater Creek Outfall
Sewer and Coldwater Creek Sludge Line, Contract E-673.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Ninety Thousand Dollars
($90,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Coldwater Creek Sewer
Revenue Fund for right-of-way acquisition services for the
Coldwater Creek Outfall Sewer and Coldwater Creek Sludge Line,
Contract E-673.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 9, 1989.
