AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Truss Brothers
Construction, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in Union
Road #3805 - Phase I (88110), in St. Louis County, Missouri, in
compliance with Section 9.040 of the Plan of the District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Truss Brothers Construction, Inc. as the
lowest responsible bidder for the construction of storm sewers in
Union Road #3805 - Phase I (88110), in St. Louis County, Missouri,
with The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids
received and opened on the 19th day of June, 1989 and formally
executed on the 11th day of July, 1989 by said contractor and by
the Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of
the District is hereby confirmed, in compliance with Section 9.040
of the Plan of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 9,1989.
