AN ORDINANCE, vacating sewer easements and a stormwater
detention easement in Lot 2 of Westover Center, in the City of
University City, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has agreed
to grant to the District suitable alternate easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easements described below are
hereby vacated, to wit:
The easements and stormwater detention easement in Lot 2 of
Westover Center as recorded in Plat Book 285, Pages 43,
44 and 45 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 9, 1989.
