AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
Part of Lots 7 and 8 of "Groby's Subdivision", in Township 45
North, Range 6 East, University City, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has agreed
to grant to the District a suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of a ten foot (10') wide
sewer easement described below is hereby vacated, to wit: Commencing at the Northeasterly corner of a parcel of land conveyed to Olive Street Properties Partnership by deed recorded in Book 7597, Page 281, in the Southerly line of Olive Street Road (90 feet wide); thence along the East line of said parcel of land, S 0o 17' 00" W 153 feet to the point of beginning of the easement vacated hereby; thence N 89o 43' 00" W 128 feet; thence S 0o 17' 00" W 10 feet; thence S 89o 43' 00" E 128 feet to the East line of said parcel of land; thence along the East line of said parcel of land, N 0o 17' 00" E 10 feet to the point of beginning as recorded in Deed Book 6887, Pages 21 through 25 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 9, 1989.
