AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Fifty-three Thousand
Dollars ($53,000.00) from the General Fund of the District for
architectural and engineering services for office renovation at
the District's Hampton offices, Contract E-675.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Fifty-three Thousand Dollars
($53,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the
District for architectural and engineering services for office
renovation of the District's Hampton offices, Contract E-675.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 13, 1989.
