AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Contract E-675 with Sverdrup Corporation
for architectural and engineering services for office renovation
at the District's Hampton offices.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into Contract E-675 with
Sverdrup Corporation for architectural and engineering services
for office renovation at the District's Hampton offices.
Section Two. The contract as authorized by Section One
of this ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and conditions
as are approved by the office of the General Counsel of the
District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 13, 1989.
