AN ORDINANCE, authorizing and directing the Executive
Director and Secretary-Treasurer to execute an easement deed for
the construction of electric lines and appurtenances by Union
Electric Company, across certain District property in St. Louis
County, Missouri, U.S. Survey 2038, Township 47 North, Range 5
East as described in the Order of Condemnation recorded in Book
8324, Page 2185 of the St. Louis County, Missouri Records.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to execute an
easement deed for the construction of electric lines and
appurtenances by Union Electric Company, across certain District
property in St. Louis County, Missouri, U.S. Survey 2038, Township
47 North, Range 5 East and as described in the Order of
Condemnation recorded in Book 8324, Page 2185 of the St. Louis
County, Missouri records.
Section Two. The easement deed as authorized by
Section One of this ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and
conditions as are approved by the office of the General Counsel of
the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 13, 1989.
