AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Bommarito
Construction Company for the construction of inlets, manholes and
pipe in Maintenance Repair Number 138 (88018), in the Cities of
Clayton, Richmond Heights, Maplewood, Olivette, University City
and Overland, Missouri, in compliance with Section 9.040 of the
Plan of the District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Bommarito Construction Company as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of inlets, manholes and
pipe in Maintenance Repair Number 138 (88018), in the Cities of
Clayton, Richmond Heights, Maplewood, Olivette, University City,
and Overland, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 24th day of
July, 1989 and formally executed on the 8th day of August, 1989 by
said contractor and by the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, is hereby confirmed, in
compliance with Section 9.040 of the Plan of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 13, 1989.
