AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Seven Hundred Twenty-six
Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($726,500.00) from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Black Creek to be
used for project costs for the construction of sanitary sewers in
BC-3 Sanitary Relief Sewer (87057), in the City of Ladue,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the bid for the construction of said sanitary
sewers is Six Hundred Seventy-four Thousand Twenty-five Dollars
($674,025.00), and the cost of inspection, construction staking,
advertisement costs and allowance for construction change orders
is Fifty-two Thousand Four Hundred Seventy-five Dollars
($52,475.00),
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Seven Hundred Twenty-six
Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($726,500.00) is hereby appropriated
from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund
of Black Creek to be used for project costs for the construction
of sanitary sewers in BC-3 Sanitary Relief Sewer (87057), in the
City of Ladue, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 13, 1989.
