AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Bates Utility
Company, Inc. for the construction of sanitary sewers in BC-3
Sanitary Relief Sewer (87057), in the City of Ladue, Missouri in
compliance with Section 9.040 of the Plan of the District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Bates Utility Company, Inc. as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of sanitary sewers in BC-
3 Sanitary Relief Sewer (87057), in the City of Ladue, Missouri,
within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids
received and opened on the 21st day of July, 1989 and formally
executed on the 8th day of August, 1989 by said contractor and by
the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the
District, is hereby confirmed in compliance with Section 9.040 of
the Plan of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 13, 1989.
