AN ORDINANCE, vacating easements in Lot 5 of Regency
Park, in U.S. Survey 128 in Township 45 North, Range 5 East, in
St. Louis County, Missouri,
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has granted
to the District suitable alternate easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following thirty foot (30') wide
easement and ten foot (10') wide easement are hereby vacated, to
wit:
Two parcels of land located in Lot 5 of Regency Park.
Parcel 1 being part of a ten (10) foot wide easement in Regency
Park, Lot 5 as recorded in Book 270, Page 65 of the St. Louis
County Records. Parcel 2 being part of a thirty (30) foot wide
easement in Regency Park, Lot 5 as recorded in Plat Book 155,
Pages 66 and 67 of the St. Louis County Records.
Parcel 1 A ten (10) foot wide strip dedicated and shown cross hatched on the plat titled "Lot Split of Adjusted Lot 5 of Regency Park" as recorded in Plat Book 270, Page 65 of the St. Louis County Records and being more particularly described as: beginning a point in the west line of Lot 5B distant south 15 degrees 49 minutes east 10 feet from the northwest corner of Lot 5B; thence north 15 degrees 49 minutes west 10 feet; thence north 74 degrees 11 minutes east 267.8 feet more or less to the western line of the 150 foot wide drainage channel as shown on the plat titled "Regency Park" recorded in Plat Book 155 Pages 66 and 67 of the St. Louis County Records; thence south 19 degrees 14 minutes east 10.02 feet to a point 10 feet perpendicular distance from the north line of Lot 5B; thence south 74 degrees 11 minutes west, 10 feet south
of and parallel to the north line of Lot 5B, to the point of beginning, as recorded in Plat Book 270, Page 65 of the St. Louis County Records. Parcel 2 A thirty (30) foot wide easement described as follows: beginning at the northwest corner of Lot 5 as shown on the plat of "Regency Park" recorded in Plat Book 155, Pages 66 and 67 of the St. Louis County Records; thence N15o49'W 30.14 feet along the eastern line of Weidmann Road; thence N68o34'E, 30 feet north of and parallel to the northern line of Lot 5, to the western line of the Drainage Channel 150 feet wide shown on the plat of Regency Park; thence S19o14'E along the western line of said Drainage Channel 30.02 feet to the northern line of said Lot 5; then S68o34'W along the northern line of Lot 5 272.16 feet to the point of beginning, as recorded in Plat Book 155, Pages 66 and 67 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 11, 1989.
