AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of a sewer easement in
Lot 4 of Hayman Place, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the portions of the subject
easement, and this District has no further use for said portions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portions of a sewer easement
described below are hereby vacated, to wit:
The five (5) foot wide easement along the East line of Lot 4,
Hayman Place excluding the Northernmost and
Southernmost ten (10) feet thereof, as recorded in Plat
Book 84, Page 22 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 11, 1989.
