AN ORDINANCE, vacating an easement in the North
Fractional one-half of Section 18, Township 44 North, Range 6 East
in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the subject easement, and this
District has no further use for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The easement in the North Fractional one-
half of Section 18, Township 44 North, Range 6 East, in St. Louis
County, Missouri described below is hereby vacated, to wit:
Beginning at a point on the northwest line of Lot 1 of Watson
Plaza, recorded in Plat Book 238, Page 52, said line
also being the southeast line of a tract of land owned
by the City of Crestwood, as recorded in Deed Book
6703, Page 374, said point being 5.0 feet North 55
degrees 11 minutes 53 seconds East of the most western
corner of Lot 1 of Watson Plaza; thence South 34
degrees 48 minutes 12 seconds East, a distance of
181.61 feet, said centerline being 5.0 feet from and
parallel to the western line of Lot 1 of Watson Plaza,
and also shown in Deed Book 7858, Page 1446, of the St.
Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 11, 1989.
