AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer easement in South Oaks,
in St. Louis County, Missouri,
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has granted
to the District a suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easement is
hereby vacated, to wit:
The easement fifty (50) feet wide covering Towne Crest Drive,
Towne Oaks Drive and Towne Woods Drive as recorded in
Plat Book 280, Pages 78 & 79 of the St. Louis County
Records. The easement vacation herein does not effect
the street right-of-way for Towne Crest Drive, Town
Oaks Drive and Towne Woods Drive, as recorded in Plat
book 283, Pages 4 & 5 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 11, 1989.
