AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer easement in Fox Run
Estates, in St. Louis County, Missouri,
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has granted
to the District a suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described easement is
hereby vacated, to wit:
The easement fifty (50) feet wide covering Fox Run
Estates Court, as recorded in Plat Book 279,
Page 34 of the St. Louis County Records. The
easement vacation herein does not affect the
street right-of-way for Fox Run Estates
Court, as recorded in Plat book 280, Page 10
of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 11, 1989.
