AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Piffel
Excavating, Inc. for the construction of sanitary sewers in
Subdistrict No. 87059 (Fenton Hills & Flora Del), in St. Louis
County, Missouri, in compliance with Section 9.040 of the Plan of
the District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Piffel Excavating, Inc. as the lowest
responsible bidder for the construction of sanitary sewers in
Subdistrict No. 87059 (Fenton Hills & Flora Del), in St. Louis
County, Missouri, with The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 14th day of August
1989 and formally executed on the 12th day of September 1989 by
said contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District is hereby confirmed, in
compliance with Section 9.040 of the Plan of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 11, 1989.
