AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Sixty-seven Thousand Six
Hundred Fifty Dollars ($67,650.00) from the Operation, Maintenance
and Construction Improvement Fund of Maline Creek for the
District's share of the costs of the South Harvey #17 and #260 and
Jean Addition stormwater projects, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, said project is part of St. Louis County,
Missouri's $5 Million Stormwater Bond Issue Program, and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 6994, adopted March 11, 1987,
authorized the District's participation in said Program, and
WHEREAS, St. Louis County, Missouri's share of the
project cost is Sixty-seven Thousand Six Hundred Fifty Dollars
($67,650.00), and
WHEREAS, the total cost for the South Harvey #17 and
#260 and Jean Addition stormwater projects is One Hundred Thirty-
five Thousand Three Hundred Dollars ($135,300.00) and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Sixty-seven Thousand Six
Hundred Fifty Dollars ($67,650.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Maline
Creek for the District's share of the costs of the South Harvey
#17 and #260 and Jean Addition stormwater projects in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 11, 1989.
