AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Hundred Fifteen
Thousand Dollars ($115,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance
and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek to be used for
project costs for the construction of storm sewers in Almentor
Avenue (86073), in the City of Rock Hill, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the bid for the construction of said storm
sewers is Ninetyｩseven Thousand Four Hundred Forty Dollars
($97,440.00), and the cost of engineering, inspection,
construction staking, advertisement costs, easement fees, and
allowance for construction change orders is Seventeen Thousand
Five Hundred Sixty Dollars ($17,560.00), and
WHEREAS, the City of Rock Hill, Missouri, pursuant to
the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, has agreed to
contribute Fiftyｩseven Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($57,500.00)
toward the total costs of said project; upon the receipt of such
funds from said source, said money will be returned to the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer
Creek, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the aboveｩnamed fund
sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
粘ection One.・ The sum of One Hundred Fifteen Thousand
Dollars ($115,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,ﾜjﾜ
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek to be
used for project costs for the construction of storm sewers in
Almentor Avenue (86073) in the City of Rock Hill, Missouri.
粘ection Two.・ This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 11, 1989.
