AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Bommarito
Construction Company for the construction of storm sewers in
Graybridge Meadows (88081), in the City of Ladue, Missouri, in
compliance with Section 9.040 of the Plan of the District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
粘ection One.・ The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Bommarito Construction Company as the
lowest responsible bidder for the construction of storm sewers in
Graybridge Meadows (88081), in the City of Ladue, Missouri, with
The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids
received and opened on the 11th day of August, 1989 and formally
executed on the 12th day of September, 1989 by said contractor
and by the Executive Director and the SecretaryｩTreasurer on
behalf of the District is hereby confirmed, in compliance with
Section 9.040 of the Plan of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 11, 1989.
