HomeMy Public PortalAbout07926��������������*���_ R D I N A N C E NO. 79266r AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of sewer easements in U.S. Survey 131, Township 46 North, Range 5 East, in St. Louis County, Missouri, WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has granted to the District a suitable alternate easement, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: �|ection One.�0 The following described portions of sewer easements are hereby vacated, to wit: Two parcels of land located in Lot 1, Lot 2 and Lot 5 of DePaul Center as recorded in Plat Book 172, Pages 82 and 83 of the St. Louis County Records. Parcel 1 being in Lot 5 of DePaul Center being a portion of a ten (10) foot wide easement, as recorded in Book 229, Page 49 of the St. Louis County Records. Parcel 2 being in Lot 1 and Lot 2 of DePaul Center being a portion of a ten (10) foot wide easement, as recorded in Deed Book 6988, Page 80 of the St. Louis County Records. �����oarcel 1 i� A 10 foot wide easement being in Lot 1 of Bridgeton Acres according to plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 172, Pages 82 and 83, of the St. Louis County, Missouri records and being more particularly described as follows:��E �� �oommencing at the Southwest corner of a tract of land conveyed to Casa Gallardo, Inc. as recorded in Book 6387, Page 1109, of the St. Louis County, Missouri records; thence along the Southern line of Casa Gallardo property North 49 degrees 27 minutes 10 seconds East, a distance of 851.20 feet to a point on the Western righti�ofi�way line of St. Charles Rock Road, variable width, as recorded in Book 7690, Page 2137, of the said St. Louis County, Missouri records; said point also being the Southeast corner of said Casa Gallardo��j�� property; thence leaving the Southeast corner of said Casa Gallardo property along the Western righti�ofi�way line of St. Charles Rock Road, South 40 degrees 32 minutes 50 seconds East, a distance of 607.00 feet to a point; thence leaving the Western righti�ofi�way line of St. Charles Rock Road South 49 degrees 27 minutes 10 seconds West, a distance of 175.00 feet to a point; thence South 40 degrees 32 minutes 50 seconds East, a distance of 79.43 feet to the "true point of beginning" of the herein described centerline of a 10 foot wide easement vacation; thence along the centerline of said 10 foot wide easement North 68 degrees 01 minutes 52 seconds East, a distance of 142.92 feet to the end of the centerline of said 10 foot wide easement vacation.��E �� 澑arcel 2 ゥ A 10 foot wide easement being in Lot 1 of Bridgeton Acres according to plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 172, Pages 82 and 83, of the St. Louis County, Missouri records and being more particularly described as follows:゙E ゙ 澆ommencing at the Northwest corner of a tract of land now or formerly of St. Louis County Library District as recorded in Book 6917, Page 1027, of the St. Louis County, Missouri records, said corner being on the Western line of McKelvey Road; thence along the Northeastern line of the St. Louis County Library District North 40 degrees 45 minutes 50 seconds West, a distance of 284.04 feet to a point of curvature; thence continuing along the Northeastern line of the St. Louis County Library District along a curve to the left having a radius of 125.00 feet, an arc distance of 102.75 feet to a point being the intersection of said Northeastern line of the St. Louis County Library District with the Eastern line of a 10 foot wide easement as recorded in Book 6988, Page 80, of the St. Louis County, Missouri records, said point also being the point of beginning of the herein described 10 foot wide easement vacation; thence continuing along a curve to the left having a radius of 125.00 feet, an arc distance of 10.92 feet to a point, being the intersection of said Northeastern line of the St. Louis County Library District with the Western line of said 10 foot wide easement; thence along the Western line of said 10 foot wide easement North 23 degrees 14 minutes 51 seconds East, a distance of 310.99 feet to a point; thence North 04 degrees 32 minutes 36 seconds East, a distance of 285.13 feet to a point on the South line of an existing 20 foot wide easement as recorded in Book 6818, Pages 2124 through 2150 of the St. Louis County, Missouri records; thence along the South line of said 20 foot wide easement North 68 degrees 01 minutes 13ワfワ seconds East, a distance of 11.18 feet to a point; thence leaving the South line of said 20 foot wide easement along the East line of the aforementioned 10 foot wide easement South 04 degrees 32 minutes 36 seconds West, a distance of 289.57 feet to a point; thence leaving the East line of said 10 foot wide easement through said 10 foot wide easement South 24 degrees 00 minutes 50 seconds West, a distance of 69.15 feet to a point; thence South 21 degrees 45 minutes 04 seconds West, a distance of 62.52 feet to a point on the East line of said 10 foot wide easement; thence along the East line of said 10 foot wide easement South 23 degrees 14 minutes 51 seconds West, a distance of 178.72 feet back to the point of beginning.゙E ゙ The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 8, 1989.
