AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Fiftyｩthree Thousand Seven
Hundred Dollars ($53,700.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek to be used for
project costs for the construction of sanitary sewers in
Maintenance Repair Number 148 (Hampton Park Drive #1250) 88182,
in the City of Richmond Heights, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the bid for the construction of said sanitary
sewers is Fortyｩfive Thousand Two Hundred Eightyｩtwo Dollars
($45,282.00) and the cost of engineering, inspection,
construction staking, advertisement costs, easement charges, and
allowance for construction change orders is Eight Thousand Four
Hundred Eighteen Dollars ($8,418.00),
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the aboveｩnamed fund
sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
粘ection One.・ The sum of Fiftyｩthree Thousand Seven
Hundred Dollars ($53,700.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer
Creek to be used for project costs for the construction of
sanitary sewers in Maintenance Repair Number 148 (Hampton Park
Drive #1250) 88182, in the City of Richmond Heights, Missouri.
粘ection Two.・ This ordinance, being an appropriation
ﾁﾁordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 8, 1989.
