HomeMy Public PortalAbout07950������*���_ R D I N A N C E NO. 79506r AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of a permanent drainage easement in U.S. Survey 134 and 135 of St. Ferdinand Commons, Township 47 North, Range 6 East, in St. Louis County, Missouri, WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has granted to the District a suitable alternate easement, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: �|ection One.�0 The following described portions of a permanent drainage easement are hereby vacated, to wit: �����oommencing at a point in the centerline of Howdershell Road distance 224.6 feet measured thereon Eastwardly of the intersection thereof with the Northeastern line of Dunn Road, said centerline running thence Southeastwardly along a straight course making an angle of 65 degrees to the left or South of Howdershell centerline a distance of 55.17 feet to a point; thence South 33 degrees 52 minutes 15 seconds East a distance of 24.80 feet to a point; thence North 74 degrees 47 minutes 32 seconds East a distance of 10.56 feet to the point of beginning; thence South 33 degrees 52 minutes 15 seconds East a distance of 16.80 feet to a point; thence South 56 degrees 01 minutes 45 seconds West a distance of 20.00 feet to a point; thence North 33 degrees 52 minutes 15 seconds West a distance of 23.58 feet to a point; thence North 74 degrees 47 minutes 32 seconds East a distance of 21.11 feet to the point of beginning, as recorded in Deed Book 6709, Page 1929 of the St. Louis County Records.��E �� The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 20, 1989.��^�� Car Care Mall North Howdershell and Dunn Pゥ16266
