HomeMy Public PortalAbout07969������*���_ R D I N A N C E NO. 79696r AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Fortyi�six Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars ($46,800.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek to be used for project costs for the construction of storm sewers in Grandview & Spring Drives (89106), in the City of Crystal Lake Park, Missouri. WHEREAS, the bid for the construction of said storm sewers is Thirtyi�six Thousand Four Hundred Eightyi�one Dollars ($36,481.00), and the cost of engineering, inspection, construction staking, advertisement costs, and allowance for construction change orders is Ten Thousand Three Hundred Nineteen Dollars ($10,319.00), and WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute Thirteen Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars ($13,800.00) toward the total costs of said project, upon the receipt of such funds from said source, said money will be returned to the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek, and WHEREAS, the City of Crystal Lake Park, Missouri has agreed to contribute Sixteen Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($16,500.00) toward the total costs of said project, upon the receipt of such funds from said source, said money will be returned to the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Funds of Deer Creek, and WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered balance in the abovei�named fund��h�� sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: �|ection One.�0 The sum of Fortyi�six Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars ($46,800.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek to be used for project costs for the construction of storm sewers in Grandview & Spring Drives (89106), in the City of Crystal Lake Park, Missouri. �|ection Two.�0 This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 20, 1989.
